Khalsa ji,

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh!!

I am not sure if khalsa is a loser or the winner. Bhai Iqbal Singh arrived from France to raise and fight Sikh issues. He has no personal interests but he realized the difficulties faced by the Sikhs in India. He has risked his life to sort out these issues but the leaders of Sikh community are roasting their chest nuts.

The Chief Minister of Sikh dominated state of India states that he is unable to help in release of Sikhs languished in jails of Punjab. What a silly joke with we Sikhs? The person who is doing politics for the last 50 years and is sworn CM of Punjab 5th time, head of a political party, is he so powerless the the previous CM of Delhi-Shiela Dixit who managed a safe release of butcher Kishori lal whose punishment is not over yet, he was punished for killings of six innocent Sikhs by his knife in 1984, she ordered his release on his good conduct in jail? If good conduct in jail is guarantee of safe release than all the Sikh prisoners be released immediately as none has caused any trouble to anyone since they are lodged behind bars? Is Parkash Singh Badal a weak CM?If yes then he ruled in Punjab by fooling religious Sikhs who had false hopes on him being the CM of a Sikh dominated state of India? If he is unable to get these Sikh political prisoners from jails, he has no right to rule the state. It will be better for him to resign. The chances ar that his lost image may be restored otherwise people shall only spit on it.

By his resignation at least the world shall come to know about discrimination, atrocities and injustice with Sikhs in India, otherwise everything seems OK and no issues? The nation which is ruled by a Sikh, head of Planning commission is Sikh, The commanding in chief of army a Sikh and the CM of Sikh dominated state a Sikh, if that’s the picture of our India than who shall believe if Sikhs are facing any discrimination, atrocities or injustice in India.

These 5-6 Sikh men (in fact these Sikhs are in just disguise of Sikhs) otherwise they have nothing to do with Sikh religion, who adorns the high profile posts, are deployed to give a false picture of modern India to world. They are just deployed to show the world that everything is fare in India and democracy is being followed but in the cover of democracy the discrimination, oppression, police atrocities and injustice only increased. The Sikhs are denied justice for the last 30 years is an evidence of our claims. The perpetrators move scot-free without any punishment but enjoy protection at tax payer’s money. The history will prove that the Indian govt. has never adorned the Sikhs in such large numbers on high profile posts. Indian govt. throws the dust in eyes of other nations by falsely projecting these turbaned high officials to prove everything under control. If everything is fine and Sikhs have no complain with Indian govt. than why the FAST UNTO DEATH was reported from Mohali, Punjab and now reports from Jantar Mantar, Delhi?

Bhai Iqbal Singh Bhatti has made an attempt to bring the truth of injustice and discrimination before world by organizing a FAST UNTO DEATH since 5th December and today it is his 53rd day. He has exposed the atrocities upon Sikhs and demands the early release of all Sikh political prisoners languished in Indian jails, the discrimination with Sikhs be stopped immediately and the perpetrators of Sikh genocide 1984, their security be removed. The fast track courts be established for day to day hearing to punish them soon, and all the elder imprisoned Sikhs above 70 years be released immediately on humanitarian grounds. It’s said the brain of a child and an old man almost behave simultaneously. The justice system provided leniency to juvenils . Maximum punishment to a juvenile( Person below 18 years) can be punished for only three years. (A Sikh juvenile of 14 years was arrested and labeled a terrorist, imposed TADA, passed his 23 years in jail and only could get freedom by pressure of SOPW, UK which raised his case and helped him). This is also an evidence of discrimination with Sikhs and dual policy of justice with minorities in India. He also demands of Passport be issued to all those Sikhs and their family members who took political asylum in France or any other country. They went to these nations to save their lives from brutalities and fake encounters in Punjab state by its police. They declared themselves as political victims and got asylum. But now if India proves that Sikh community is pacified than why does it not allow these Sikhs to visit India to pay obeisance at Sikh religious places and to meet their other family members. For this purpose, the Indian govt. should issue fresh passports to these Sikhs and their family members. It’s their right to visit religious holy places and pay obeisance to their gurus.

So now please tell me if his demands are selfish or have any hidden motive behind his FAST UNTO DEATH, he has completed his 53 days and only God knows how many more days shall he pass without food. He fell down yesterday due to feeling circles in his head. Almost all the Sikh organizations have visited him and shown solidarity with his humanitarian demands. He is determind upon his decision, he prayed before he started his FAST and a Sikh never turns his back after he performs ardas before his guru.

But sorry to say that no Sikh political leader has ever supported him or paid a visit to him. No one has ever tried to raise his demands before central govt and to save his life. If it gets delayed, than khalsa Panth should prepare itself to mourn death of a Sikh martyr after Darshan Singh Pheruman who sacrificed his life on his 74th day. His demand is also not met yet. He demanded Chandigarh be given to Punjab where Haryana shares without paying any rent. The head priest (Jathedar) should also be ready to perform last ardas of martyr as the day of his demise is not far.

The humble servant of Sikh faith:
Ajmer Singh Randhawa.
